The fundemental difference between the R45F and the R45 is the built in flange on the R45F.  This gives the rotator a flat bottom, which, in many applications, is easier to work with when attaching the rotator to a grapple or other flat surface.  The R45F also allows the flexability of having the oil flow through ports on the bottom, as shown above, or out of the sides.  Hex head plugs that fit both the bottom and side ports are included, allowing the operator to select what would work best in a given application.

Type A) Width of block on top of the rotator B) Pinhole diameter through rotator D) Pinhole diameter to fasten grapple to rotator E) Hydraulic hose hook up.

The rotators come with JIC fittings.    Hook up is easy, as symbols on the rotator describe the functions of each outlet.   From left to right: opening of jaws, rotating functions, and closing of the jaws.
